Background
WinterFest is the premiere seasonal festival put on by LSSE. The festival spans 8 days with events throughout the Town of Amherst, MA. In 2018 and 2019, I helped organize and advertise the series of events by managing its online presence, literature, and public relations.

Events
The 3 main events of the week were the Luminaria, Challenge Cup, and Grand Finale.
I created an integrated media marketing plan to promote these events and 35 others. This plan covered a variety of mediums since it was important to engage the broad and diverse community Amherst is.

Above are some of the calendar tiles I designed that we used in our online schedule. Facebook events and page banners were also created for many of the events.
Web Presence
The WinterFest Facebook page was the main resource to get updates and information regarding the week-long festival. Events were promoted through organic and paid ads.
Event information was organized in a public calendar using the Time.ly app. Custom images and descriptions were created for each of the events.
Mailchimp was used to create email campaigns advertising the 3 featured events and other activities throughout the week.
